Real Estate Investment Trusts, or REITs, are companies that own, operate or finance income-producing real estate. They are in a sense the “landlord of the U.S. economy”, as the properties they manage span a wide range of industries. Rob Rowe hosts this session with Nick Joseph, Citi Research’s Head of U.S. Real Estate and Lodging, to discuss the REIT sector’s current state and prospects ahead of the 30th annual Citi Global Property CEO Conference (March 2 – 5).
