The branch, located at 14th Street and Broadway in busy Union Square, uses cutting-edge, customer-driven technology pioneered by Citi in Japan as part of a project to design the retail bank of the future. With lounge space, free Wi-Fi and online access for customers and 24/7 hours, the branch is also a welcoming hub.
