When we say "our Citi is your Citi," we mean it. The fast pace of life today makes certain things necessities instead of luxuries, so when we hear from you that you need a quick way to check your account on the go, or that you'd like a better way to comparison shop, we set out to make those improvements happen.

And now I'm happy to introduce a couple of innovations I think you'll find will make your life easier.

Snapshot, a new Citi Mobile® App feature

Earlier this year, we enhanced the Citi mobile experience by improving app navigation and adding capabilities to help you quickly access key information.

Now we've added a new optional feature that Cardmembers can enroll in that gives you even quicker access on the go: Citi Mobile Snapshot.

Snapshot lets you view your real-time balance and recent transactions just by opening the app. No password needed, no time wasted signing in; with Snapshot, you'll see your basic account information in an instant without taking time away from your already busy day. You can enroll in Snapshot from the mobile settings menu. For your protection you'll still need to log in for transactions like making a payment or transfer. Don't have the Citi Mobile App? Download it today to simplify your online banking experience.

Improved features with Citi® Price Rewind

Who has the time to constantly check prices to make sure you've gotten a great deal on a purchase? In 2013, customers received an average refund of $85 of the price difference between what they paid and what retailers' sites showed through Citi Price Rewind. Now Citi Price Rewind searches twice as long - 60 days instead of 30 - for a lower price, no longer requires a minimum price difference, and gives higher maximum refunds (up to $300 per item and $1,200 per year). And if your refund amount is $25 or more, you can now choose to receive it as a check or a statement credit.

A longer search period means more opportunities for you to get a refund, no minimum price difference means you could get refunds on more of the products you purchase, and the statement credits option gives you an easier way to get refunds. We're working harder and longer to put real savings back into your wallet.
