In Q2 2026, Citi launched a new, fully digital direct deposit enrollment replacing what was once a manual process involving paper forms. The process can now be completed securely in a few simple, fast, and hassle-free steps, right from the Citi Mobile® app or citi.com.
This new feature is more than just a convenience; it's a critical first step in Citi’s effort to deepen relationships and become the bank of choice for both U.S. Retail Banking, Citigold® and Citigold® Private Clients."
