SYDNEY — Citi has launched its generative AI (GenAI) tools to Australia and New Zealand as part of a global expansion of AI to an additional 25 countries.
Following the launch, approximately 166,000 Citi colleagues across 76 countries will have access to Citi’s Gen AI tools, with plans for continued expansion throughout the year.
Mark Woodruff, CEO for Citi Australia said, “AI is reshaping how we operate and serve clients. The launch of these GenAI tools in Australia and New Zealand is an exciting development that will enable colleagues to work more efficiently and increase productivity.”
Through the rollout, colleagues have access to three Gen AI tools that make it easier and simpler for to get work done. These tools include:
