It has come to our attention that there are ongoing fraudulent activities on social media and other messaging platforms where entity/entities are offering financial products and services by impersonating as employees of Citigroup Global Markets India Private Limited (‘CGMIPL’, ‘Citi’).Please note that these offers constitute unauthorized use of Citi’s name and SEBI registration number. We do not assume any responsibility for transactions undertaken in response to such unauthorized and fraudulent offers on social media and the outcome of these transactions.

Please note that CGMIPL DOES NOT conduct business over social media and DOES NOT send investment offers via WhatsApp or any other messaging platform. Also, CGMIPL DOES NOT offer assured or guaranteed returns on any of our equity/equity-linked products, nor does it offer research services to individual investors.
CGMIPL is a regulated entity and does not deal with individual investors as a general practice.

If you believe that you have become a victim of a financial crime, please report the issue to your local police department as soon as possible.
